Visonix Events (“Visonix”, “we”, “us”) runs an on-site event portrait studio serving New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through our booking form, we receive:
- your name, email address and (if you add it) phone number
- your event details: event type, date, venue and town, guest count, the package and add-ons you’re interested in, print colors or theme, and anything else you choose to tell us
Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites. If you switch the site to Spanish, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it isn’t sent to us.
How we use it
- to send you an automatic email confirming we received your inquiry
- to reply to your inquiry, check availability and send you a quote
- to plan and deliver your event if you book with us
- to keep the website secure and stop spam or abuse of the form
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We only share information with services that help us run this website:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Google Apps Script, part of our Google Workspace account, receives the inquiry form and emails it to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email (info@visonixevents.com), where inquiries are received and answered.
- Google Fonts provides the website’s typeface; your browser requests it from Google, which can see your IP address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only as long as we need them to respond, plan your event and keep reasonable business records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email info@visonixevents.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example California, Connecticut or New Jersey), you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honour them.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to inquiries is limited to the Visonix team. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning events. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
