These terms cover your use of visonixevents.com (the “site”), run by Visonix Events (“Visonix”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Inquiries aren’t bookings

Sending the inquiry form doesn’t reserve a date or create a contract. After you inquire, we’ll reply with availability and a quote. Your date is only reserved once you’ve signed our event agreement and paid the deposit. The terms in that agreement (including payments, cancellations and rescheduling) are the ones that apply to your event.

Services and prices

The packages, add-ons and descriptions on this site show what we typically offer. Every event is quoted individually, and what’s included in your event is what’s written in your quote and agreement. We may update our services and this site at any time.

Photos and content

The photos, logos, text and design on this site belong to Visonix Events or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You can view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy, download, edit or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.

Using the form

Please give accurate information when you send an inquiry, and only send information about yourself or with the permission of the person it belongs to. Don’t use the form to send spam, harmful content or anything unlawful. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to other services, such as Instagram and Facebook. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Visonix Events isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law. Our responsibilities for your event are set out in your event agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
